A deposit of $100/weekend and $300/week for cottages is required within 10 days of booking.
Your deposit will be applied to your final bill.
There are no refunds for early departures.
Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit will be refunded (less 20% administravtive fees) if notice is recieved 30 days prior to arrival date.

No refund for unused gas.

Boaters are responsible for all damage(s) to rental equipment.
