A deposit of $300/weekend and $400/week for cottages is required within 10 days of booking.
Your deposit will be applied to your final bill.
There are no refunds for early departures.
Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit will be refunded (less 50% administration fees) if notice is received 90 days prior to arrival date.

No refund for unused gas.
MUST have Pleasure Craft Operators Card.
Boaters are responsible for all damage(s) to rental equipment.
