| Included with all of our housekeeping cottages: |
- a deck overlooking the river
- a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave
- a 4 piece bathroom with towels (bring your own beach
towels)
- linen and bedding
- overhead fans in each room
- fire pit (fire wood available at office)
- lawn chairs
- picnic table
- electric heat
- launching of boats and canoes

- Docking fee is $10/day or $50/week

Reservations |
- Reservations for cottages and campsites are
recommended.
- A deposit of $100/weekend and $300/week for cottages
is required within 10 days of booking.
- Your Deposit will be applied to your final bill.
- There are no refunds for early departures.

Cancellations |
- Your deposit will be refunded (less 20% for
administrative fees) if notice is received 30 days prior
to arrival date.

| In 2009, all boaters require a Pleasure Craft Operator
Card. Transport Canada approved sites for the test are
online at http://www.safeboater.com/ or
at www.BoaterExam.com. |
| Boat and Motor Rental |
- 16’ aluminum boat with 15 HP Johnson
- $75/day or $350/week

- $40.00 per 25 litre tank (no refund for unused gas)

*Boaters are responsible for all damage to all rental
equipment.
*Fishing guide available for a fee upon request

Additional features: Clean, sandy beach and shared paddle boat
for your enjoyment
*Pets must be registered upon arrival and leashed
